The festival should involve the local community and promote community participation. The festival should also have a positive impact on the community, such as promoting local businesses and providing opportunities for employment.
Spiritual Experience (15%):

The festival should provide a meaningful spiritual experience for attendees. The festival should allow for reflection, contemplation, and connection to the divine.
Cultural Education (10%)

The festival should educate attendees about the historical and cultural significance of the festival. This includes providing information on the religious traditions, the history of the festival, and the significance of the festival to the local community.
