    The celebration should involve the local community and promote community participation. It should also have a positive impact on the community, such as promoting local businesses and providing opportunities for employment.
  • Sustainability (15%):
    The celebration should promote sustainable tourism practices that protect the environment, preserve cultural heritage, and benefit the local community. This includes efforts to minimize negative impacts on the environment and cultural resources, and promote the use of eco-friendly practices.
  • Creativity (15%):
    The celebration should demonstrate creativity in its programming and activities. It should showcase unique and innovative ways of celebrating tourism, such as cultural presentations, exhibits, or food festivals.
  • Visitor Experience (10%):
